WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
ABOUT YOUR EXERCISE SESSIONS
●
Rome wasn't built in a
day. Making changes to your body takes time
and effort. You can expect to notice meaningful changes in
your body
within about 6 weeks, provided you are
faithfully doing
your exercises
at least 3 x a week.
●
Yes, we can design an exercise program for you to do
at home.
Home based programs may include the use of an exercise ball,
tubing,
and/or dumbbells. You'll need to purchase some or all of this
inexpensive equipment.
Your trainer will let you know if you will need
any of this equipment, and help you obtain it.
●
Do you have a
medical
condition? Had surgery within the last year?
Are you regularly seeing another health care
practitioner for
treatment? You'll need “Doctors Clearance” before training can start.

OUR 3 STEP
PERSONAL TRAINING PROCESS WORKS
Step 1- You fill out the Client Questionnaire
This step is designed to help you think about the health and fitness goals
you want to achieve. It will help uncover any physical, mental, or medical
considerations that need to be taken into account in designing your program.

Step 2 - One Hour Private Consultation with Your Personal Trainer
This first appointment is the most crucial step in your whole
training experience. You and your trainer will sit down, and discuss the
nitty gritty details of your goals, challenges, likes, dislikes, and any
medical issues. Then, together you'll come up with a training
plan best suited for your situation. This is also when scheduling of
training sessions is discussed.
Step 3 - Exercise
All your remaining appointments are exercise sessions. Having taken
into account all the information gathered from your Client Questionnaire,
the consultation, and any discussions with your health care providers, your
personal trainer arrives armed with your initial program. Together you go through
each exercise step-by-step.
By the end of your session you'll know how to do each exercise safely, and
effectively on your own. You'll receive a printed copy of your program
detailing every exercise, so you don't have to worry about trying to
remember everything. Your program copy is designed so you can keep track
your progress each time you exercise.
CHOOSE THE PERSONAL TRAINING package RIGHT FOR YOU

Training sessions may be held at your home, office, or
approved gyms in Victoria BC. All sessions are a maximum of one hour.
WE REALLY WANT YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Finding the right personal trainer is critical to your success. But how do
you go about doing that? Not all trainers are created equal. Because the
training industry is not well regulated there are a lot of fly-by-night, and
unqualified, inexperienced "trainer's" out there.

professional trainer, or someone you should avoid.
