                 Having Trouble Losing Weight?
It Might Not Be Your Fault

There are a lot of people out there that despite their best efforts, simply can't lose weight. If this sounds like you or someone you know, I want you to take a minute and ask yourself some questions.

Is everyone in your family fat? Do you seem to automatically reach for comfort foods when you are lonely, scared, bored, or stressed out? Have you ever started exercising but dropped out because you mysteriously got sick, or injured? Do you lose some weight, but gain it back again? Do your relationships fall apart when they start to get too intimate? Worse yet, do you shy away from relationships completely? When you were young, did you ever have or witness a highly inappropriate relationship experience (abuse, death, rape) Do you frequently get less than 8 hours of sleep?

If you said YES, to any of these, then you have probably always had a hard time losing weight and guess what?

It might not be your fault
Your subconscious mind may be sabotaging you

Your subconscious mind always strives to protect you. Let's say you witnessed a traumatic relationship experience when you were young. For instance: Perhaps your parents had an abusive relationship, and you regularly witnessed fighting, anger, pain, and fear.  Because you were young, and hadn't seen healthy marriages, your subconscious mind might have formed the conclusion: "Marriage = fighting-pain-anger therefore marriage is bad. I must protect myself from marriage."  Your subconscious mind installs this idea in your mind like a software program.

Later in life, if you think that being a healthy weight makes you good marriage material, you're going to have problems. Why? Because your subconscious mind will run the "don't get married software" in order to protect you from the fighting, pain, and anger it believes comes with being married. It will automatically sabotage efforts that will help you reach a healthy weight. That can be why you always seem to suddenly get sick or injure yourself when starting to exercise, or you binge eat and can't sustain a healthy eating plan.

Naturally as an adult, you know marriage can be wonderful and loving; you know you don't have to be fat just because the rest of your family was; you know there are many other ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and fear rather than by eating. But the problem is

no one told your subconscious mind that

so you are stuck with the old beliefs (software programs),  your subconscious mind created before you reached the age of seven, and your subconscious will keep running these software programs automatically, sabotaging your weight loss efforts.

The truth is, your subconscious mind could have all sorts of software programs running that are designed to keep you fat, in order to protect you from something. The bad news is, because these beliefs are buried deep in your subconscious mind, you don't know what software programs are being run. All you know is, you always have trouble losing weight. The good news is

You can reprogram your subconscious mind
with patterns to help you overcome
the most common psychological barriers
to sustaining a healthy weight and lifestyle

I created a recording that is designed to speak directly to your subconscious mind and give it permission to let go of certain beliefs it may have taken on when you were a child, and replace them with healthy belief systems that will allow you to release fat.
