At Synergenix Fitness we use exercise as a doorway to guide people to
their inner strengths and unlimited potential.
Beginning with exercise we support people to experience that they are
capable of so much more then they currently believe, and that they can
improve not only their fitness level further then they imagined, but all
aspects of their
lives similarly.
Our holistic approach to fitness incorporates powerful techniques that
allow us to guarantee results with our clients. It's all about creating
a sustainable habit of regular exercise. Many of our programs are
"Boomer-friendly."
At Synergenix Fitness we understand that each person is unique and has
their own particular learning style so we offer a wide variety of

ABOUT ASTRID WHITING
Astrid Whiting, author of the
Healthy Habit Former
Program, is a
Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Nationally Certified Personal
Trainer, Certified Hypnotherapist, and international Health and Fitness Speaker. She's been a
professional trainer for over 9 years and has thousands of hours experience
working with clients. She brings 25 years of
competitive sports experience to her role as a trainer.
Astrid combines her sports experience, knowledge of the body, and use of
accelerated learning coaching techniques to create a potent synergy that
allows her to guarantee results with her clients.
