1. Clients must pre-pay for
Health Assessments.
2. Once purchased Assessments are non refundable.
3. Clients have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete all Assessments
purchased.
4. Assessments to take place at an agreeable location, within the Greater
Victoria area (contact us if you are in a different
geographic area).
5. Any assessments not completed within the 6 month time frame are
forfeited
and non refundable.
6. 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.

If less than 24 hours notice is given the client will forfeit that
session.
- Appointment changes must be made in person or by
phone.
Email notifications cannot be accepted.
